This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the securing and processing of personal data by www.airportporterservice.com, a specialised service unit owned and managed by Elite World Services Pvt Ltd(hereinafter “EWS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), in connection with personal data provided by any person (“User” or “you”) who has purchased, intends to purchase, or inquires about any product(s) or service(s) made by EWS through any of our interface channels including website, mobile site, mobile app, WhatsApp, email, and phone (collectively, “Sales Channels”).

1. Purpose

We respect your need to understand how and why information is being collected, used, disclosed, transferred and stored. This Policy familiarises you with our practices and sets out the way in which we process your information when you use our Website or other digital platforms in accordance with applicable data protection laws — including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Controller & Processor

A “Controller” is a person or organisation who alone or jointly determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, any personal data is, or is likely to be, processed. This notice is issued on behalf of Elite World Services Pvt Ltd (EWS) as a Controller.

A “Processor” is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the Controller. As the circumstances warrant, EWS may be a Controller or Processor of your personal data.

ELITE WORLD SERVICES PVT LTD is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Policy (together with our Terms of Service and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

3. Your Consent

By using our Website, you understand and agree that personal information you provide through the Website will be held on a database created and operated by us, our group of companies, and/or selected third-party service providers acting on our behalf (such as payment gateways, hosting providers, and ground-handling partners).

Personal data includes any information about any user from which that person can be identified. It does not include personal data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). You may be asked for personal data anytime you are in contact with EWS, directly or indirectly through a third party.

4. Data We Collect

We collect, use, store and transfer the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity Data: first name, last name, title, age, salutation.
  • Contact Data: residential or work address, email address, phone numbers (including WhatsApp).
  • Booking & Transaction Data: flight number, PNR, travel date and time, airport, terminal, service plan selected, guest details, billing address, payment method (we do not store full card numbers — these are handled directly by our PCI-DSS-certified payment partner, Razorpay).
  • Marketing & Communications Data: your communication preferences, whether you have opened or read our messages.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, time zone, operating system, device type, referral URL, pages viewed.
  • Usage Data: information about how you use our Website, click history, lead-capture interactions, audit trail of admin actions on your behalf.

We do not knowingly collect any “special category” personal data — such as race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade-union membership, health, or biometric data — through our Website. We do not collect information about criminal convictions or offences.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To process your booking and deliver airport assistance services through our authorised partners (e.g. Encalm Hospitality, Pranam Services).
  • To verify your flight schedule and operational details so our team can serve you correctly at the airport.
  • To send booking confirmations, vouchers, and tax invoices via email and WhatsApp.
  • To process payments and refunds securely via Razorpay.
  • To notify our sales team of new leads, so they can offer assistance with completing a booking (you can opt out at any time — see Section 8).
  • To improve our Website, troubleshoot issues, and analyse aggregated usage trends.
  • To comply with legal obligations including tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and audit requirements under Indian law.

6. Data Sharing

We share your personal data only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent strictly necessary:

  • Airport ground-handling partners (e.g. Encalm Hospitality, Pranam Services) — to deliver the actual meet-and-greet, porter, fast-track, or wheelchair service you booked.
  • Razorpay — to process your payment securely. Razorpay is a PCI-DSS Level-1 certified payment processor regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.
  • Supabase Inc. — our database and authentication provider, hosting your data in secure data centres.
  • Vercel Inc. — our website hosting provider.
  • AeroDataBox (via RapidAPI) — to verify your flight number, date and scheduled time. Only the flight number and date are shared, never your personal details.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

7. Protecting Your Security

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we validate the name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate verification systems. All payment-card data is handled exclusively by Razorpay; we never see or store full card numbers, CVVs, or expiry dates. All information transmitted between your device and our Website is encrypted using TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS).

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
  • Portability — request a machine-readable copy of your data (GDPR / DPDP).
  • Lodge a complaint — with the Data Protection Board of India or your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the addresses listed in Section 13.

9. Cookies & Tracking

For details of the cookies and similar technologies we use, please see our Cookie Policy.

We collect, use, and share aggregated data (such as statistical or demographic information) for analytics. Aggregated data is not considered personal data under law, as it does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Booking and tax-invoice records are retained for 8 years in line with Indian tax-law requirements. Lead-capture records are retained for 24 months for sales follow-up. Audit logs are retained for 3 years for security and compliance review.

11. International Transfers
