How fast is fast-track immigration at Indian airports?+
Fast-track immigration is facilitated at Bengaluru (BLR), Delhi (DEL) and Mumbai (BOM), where the airport officially permits it — your representative takes you to the fast-track counter. At our other Indian airports there is no fast-track channel to use, so they escort you through the standard queue, carry the bags and get you to the right desk. We do not quote a clearance time: immigration is run by the authorities and how long it takes is their call, not ours.

Yes. Changi is our first international station, live since July 2026. A uniformed porter — provided on the ground by Smarte Carte — carries your bags from the kerb to your gate on departure, or from the baggage belt to your car on arrival, across T1, T2, T3, T4 and Jewel. Pricing is per bag and all-inclusive in US dollars: US$15 covers your porter and up to three cabin or check-in bags, then US$5 for each additional bag. Odd-size items such as golf bags and surfboards are US$12 each. Book at least six hours before your flight.

Yes. Every booking generates a GST-compliant invoice (Indian GST 18% included in the SGD price you pay). We can also issue corporate invoices under your Singapore company name — useful for travel expense reimbursement. For 5+ bookings per month, we offer Singapore-corporate accounts with monthly consolidated invoicing.
How do I pay — PayNow, DBS, Visa, Mastercard?+
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) work natively in SGD via our Razorpay International integration. PayNow support is on our roadmap (target Q3 2026). For corporate accounts, we accept SGD bank transfer to our DBS Singapore-routed account.
