Can I book from Singapore for my trip / for my family in India?+
Yes — both. You can pay on any Singapore-issued credit card (DBS, OCBC, UOB, HSBC, Amex): the charge is in Indian rupees (INR) via Razorpay and your bank converts it to SGD at its daily rate. We assign a real person at the Indian airport who walks you (or your family) through immigration, baggage and customs. The booking confirmation and service voucher arrive by email. How fast is fast-track immigration at Indian airports?+
Fast-track immigration is facilitated at Bengaluru (BLR), Delhi (DEL) and Mumbai (BOM), where the airport officially permits it — your representative takes you to the fast-track counter. At our other Indian airports there is no fast-track channel to use, so they escort you through the standard queue, carry the bags and get you to the right desk. We do not quote a clearance time: immigration is run by the authorities and how long it takes is their call, not ours.

Do you also provide a porter at Singapore Changi itself?+
Yes. Changi is our first international station, live since July 2026. A uniformed porter — provided on the ground by Smarte Carte — carries your bags from the kerb to your gate on departure, or from the baggage belt to your car on arrival, across T1, T2, T3, T4 and Jewel. Pricing is per bag and all-inclusive in US dollars: US$15 covers your porter and up to three cabin or check-in bags, then US$5 for each additional bag. Odd-size items such as golf bags and surfboards are US$12 each. Book at least six hours before your flight.
Do your staff speak Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi?+
Yes. Our greeters speak English by default, plus Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi and 6 more languages. When booking, you can request a specific language match — important for elderly parents or Tamil/Malayalam-speaking families.
How much does this cost in SGD?+
Prices are set in Indian rupees, GST included, per traveller, and vary by airport and flight. Across our 20 live Indian airports, Basic (porter) starts from ₹1,120 (approx. S$15), Premium (full meet & assist with a dedicated escort) from ₹2,596 (approx. S$34) and Elite (adds 2 hours of lounge access on departure) from ₹5,074 (approx. S$67). SGD figures are approximate. Fast-track immigration is not sold on its own — it is included in Premium and Elite on international flights at Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. The exact INR price is shown in the booking form before you pay, and your card is charged in INR.
What if I land at 3 AM (red-eye SQ flights to India)?+
We're built for this. Our greeters work 24/7 at every airport we cover — your 03:00 BLR arrival is treated exactly like a 15:00 arrival. Your booking confirmation and service voucher arrive by email when you pay. No surcharge for night arrivals.
Can I expense this — do you provide a company invoice (GST)?+
Yes. Every booking generates a GST-compliant invoice (Indian GST 18% included in the INR price you pay). We can also issue corporate invoices under your Singapore company name — useful for travel expense reimbursement. For 5+ bookings per month, we offer Singapore-corporate accounts with monthly consolidated invoicing.
How do I pay — PayNow, DBS, Visa, Mastercard?+
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) go through Razorpay and are charged in Indian rupees (INR); your bank converts the amount to SGD at its daily rate. PayNow is not available. For regular company travel, ask us about a corporate account with monthly consolidated invoicing.
