Can I book from Canada for my parents who live in India and are flying to me?+
Yes — that is exactly who we built this for. You pay in CAD using a Canadian credit card. We assign a real person to receive your parents at the airport in India, walk them through immigration, baggage and customs, and stay with them until they board their flight or step into the arrivals hall. You get a WhatsApp message (with photo) the moment they meet our greeter, and another when they're safely on their flight or in their taxi.
Which Indian airports do you cover?+
Delhi (DEL), Mumbai (BOM), Bengaluru (BLR), Hyderabad (HYD), Ahmedabad (AMD), Jaipur (JAI), Lucknow (LKO), Thiruvananthapuram (TRV), Guwahati (GAU), Mangaluru (IXE) and North Goa / Mopa (GOX). Chennai, Kolkata, Kochi, Pune and Chandigarh are coming next.
Do your staff speak Punjabi / Hindi / Gujarati?+
Yes. Our greeters speak English by default, plus Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi and 7 other Indian and world languages. When you book, you can request a specific language match for your parents.
How much does this cost in CAD?+
Standard meet & assist starts at approximately CAD $40–55 per traveller for arrivals or departures, depending on airport and service tier. Premium and VIP tiers (with private lounge access and a dedicated escort) range CAD $90–180. Fast-track immigration alone is CAD $25–40 add-on. Final amounts are shown clearly in CAD before you pay — no surprise INR-to-CAD surcharges.
What if my parent has a wheelchair / mobility issue?+
Standard included on every booking — we arrange a wheelchair, baggage porter, and the greeter physically escorts them from the aircraft door all the way to the arrivals hall (or from check-in to the boarding gate on departures). For travellers with significant mobility needs, ask for our Senior Care Bundle when you book.
What about wedding travel — 8–12 people arriving together?+
We do this every wedding season for Indo-Canadian families. Tell us the flight + number of guests when you book — we'll send 2–3 greeters, coordinate baggage trolleys for the whole group, and walk everyone through immigration together. Per-pax rate drops significantly above 5 travellers.
How do I know your greeter will actually be there?+
Two ways: (1) the moment our greeter meets your traveller, you get a WhatsApp message with their photo, name and a real-time picture. (2) If anything goes wrong, our founder Bhupender Singh answers his personal WhatsApp 24/7 on +91 95999 93820. You speak to him, not a call center.
Can I pay with Interac e-Transfer?+
Interac e-Transfer support is coming in the next 2–3 weeks. For now, all major Canadian credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) work — billed in CAD via our PCI-compliant Razorpay International integration.
