Inter-terminal transfer is US$8 between T1, T2, T3, Jewel or Crowne Plaza, and US$14 to or from Terminal 4. The US$15 base porter (up to 3 bags) plus the transfer is the whole price — all-inclusive in US dollars.
Yes. Terminal 4 is a standalone building linked to T1–T3 only by a shuttle bus, which is where connections go wrong on a tight schedule. Your porter manages the shuttle and your bags end to end; the transfer to or from T4 is US$14. Tell us both your inbound and onward terminals when you book so the right meet point is set.
Book the porter regardless of how tight it is — the point is to move faster than you would alone. As a rough guide: under about 90 minutes in the same terminal, the porter meets you at or near the gate and takes you straight across; 90 minutes to 3 hours with a terminal change (especially T4), the inter-terminal transfer is well worth it; a long layover, and the porter can walk your bags to storage, a lounge or into Jewel so you're not dragging them around.
Send us your inbound flight number when you book and keep our WhatsApp thread handy — if the schedule moves, message us and we'll re-time the meet. A porter can help you move quickly through a terminal change, but we can't hold your onward flight, so give yourself and us as much notice as you can.
It depends on your itinerary. If your bags are checked through to your final destination, you keep only your cabin bags on the transfer and the porter carries those between gates. If you have to re-collect and re-check (for example on a self-transfer or two separate tickets), tell us — the porter meets you at the belt, manages the trolley and walks you to the onward check-in row.
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars, all-inclusive — the base porter, any extra bags and the inter-terminal transfer add up to exactly the figure you approve. There is no separate tax added at checkout.
