Changi porter is all-inclusive, in US dollars. The base porter service is US$15 and covers up to three cabin/check-in bags (or one special item). Each additional bag is US$5 (US$6 per bag once you reach 21–30 bags), and odd-size or special items such as a bicycle, golf bag or surfboard are US$12 each. Inter-terminal transfers are US$8 between T1, T2, T3, Jewel or Crowne Plaza, and US$14 to or from Terminal 4. The price you see is the price you pay — there is no added tax at checkout.
AirportPorterService is an independent booking service and charges a service fee. On the ground your porter is provided by Smarte Carte at Changi and meets you with a name placard. On departure they meet you at the kerb, load and manage your bags to your check-in row and on to security; on arrival they meet you after the baggage belt and walk your luggage to your waiting car, taxi or hotel transfer.
The US$15 base porter service covers up to three cabin-sized bags (or one special item). Each additional bag beyond three is just US$5 (US$6 once you reach 21–30 bags). Add your exact bag count when you book and the total is calculated instantly — the breakdown always adds up, with no hidden minimum.
Terminal 4 is a standalone building not directly connected to T1–T3, so an inter-terminal transfer to or from T4 is US$14, versus US$8 between T1, T2, T3, Jewel and Crowne Plaza. If you're only being met and assisted within one terminal, no transfer charge applies.
Yes. Bicycles, golf bags, surfboards and any item over 30 kg are handled as odd-size / special items at US$12 each. Add them to your booking so the right equipment and porter are ready for you.
