About fast track

Fast-track lanes at immigration and security belong to the airport. Your host uses them wherever the airport operates them. We never promise a lane the airport may close.

Can you meet my parents or an elderly relative at Dubai airport?

Do you help with a connection (transit) at Dubai?

Yes: Transit Standard US$65 per guest, Transit Family US$125 for up to four, Personalised US$122 per guest. Moving your checked bags between Terminals 1 and 2 is US$99.

Can I check in my bags from my hotel in Dubai?

Do children and infants pay?

Infants under 2 are free. Every guest aged 2 and over pays the per-guest price. The Family services cover up to 4 people at one price.

How early should I book?

At least 24 hours before your flight. 72 hours is better, especially for Elite and in the winter season.

What currency will I pay in?

US dollars, by card. UAE VAT is already in the price and nothing is added at checkout.

Can my host speak Arabic or another language?

Ask when you book. Guides in other languages are available on request, subject to availability.
