- Standard bookings need at least 6 hours before your flight's scheduled arrival or departure meeting time. Groups of 31+ bags are by quote, placed at least 5 business days ahead.
- Inter-terminal transfers: US$8 between T1, T2, T3, Jewel or Crowne Plaza; US$14 to or from Terminal 4.
- AirportPorterService is an independent booking service and charges a service fee; the porter is provided on the ground by Smarte Carte at Changi, meeting you with a name placard.
