- What is airport meet and assist?
- A host of your own at the airport. On arrival they meet you at the gate or beyond immigration, help with your luggage and the queues, and take you to your car, your hotel pickup or your connecting flight. On departure they meet you at the kerb and stay with you to the gate, or to the lounge where it is included.
- Meet and greet, meet and assist, VIP assistance: are these different services?
- The same service under different names. In India and the United Kingdom travellers say meet and assist; in France and the Gulf, meet and greet; corporate buyers say VIP assistance or airport concierge. Whatever you call it, each country page says exactly what is included at each airport.
- How do I know the price before I pay?
- Where a service is booked online, the full price is shown before payment and nothing is added afterwards. Where it is on request, our team sends one price for the whole party, and nothing is charged until you accept it.
- Who provides the service?
- Airport Porter Service is a brand of Elite World Services Limited, looking after travellers since 2012. In India the hosts are our own airport-authorised teams. At an airport abroad the service is delivered with our local airport service partner there, and your booking, your confirmation and your point of contact stay with us.
