Terminal 1 (T1) — the original main terminal: Asiana Airlines, Star Alliance and oneworld carriers, and most low-cost airlines.
Concourse A — T1's remote satellite, reached from Terminal 1 by the free automated shuttle train; used by many T1 international departures.
Terminal 2 (T2) — the newer terminal: Korean Air and its SkyTeam partners, including Delta, Air France and KLM.
T1 and T2 are roughly 15–20 minutes apart by free shuttle bus. Arriving at the wrong one is the most common way to miss a flight here.
Good to know
Departure formalities include currency exchange and tax refund for visitors who have been shopping in Korea. The departure escort covers both before security, so nothing is left to the gate.
Connecting between T1 and T2 is a full transfer with its own transit security. If your connection is under about three hours, book the transit service rather than an arrival and a departure.

Is fast track available at Incheon Airport?
No, and we will not imply otherwise. Incheon International Airport does not sell a commercial or paid fast-track service. Its fast-track lanes are reserved for airport-authorised passengers such as seniors, travellers with infants, pregnant travellers, passengers with reduced mobility and airline crew. Your escort guides you along the most efficient route available on the day and handles the formalities in Korean — that is where the time is actually saved.
