Is this only for wheelchair users?

No — we also assist elderly guests who can walk but need a patient, attentive escort through the large terminal. A wheelchair is optional.

Can you assist at both ends of the journey?

Yes — book departure assist at your origin airport and arrival assist at your destination airport separately.
