We're honest about this: no. At MDZ your greeter uses the fastest lanes available on the day, but official fast-track access is not guaranteed, and every passenger still clears security, immigration and customs in person. What the service saves is the queue you would otherwise stand in alone, in Spanish.

Cancelled 48 hours or more before the service time, a full refund; 24 to 48 hours before, 75%; 12 to 24 hours before, 50%; less than 12 hours before, no refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
