At ROS your greeter uses the fastest lanes available on the day, but official fast-track access is not guaranteed, and every passenger still clears security, immigration and customs in person. What the service saves is the queue you would otherwise stand in alone, in Spanish.

At least 48 hours before your flight. ROS cannot be booked online inside that time. For anything closer, message us on +44 333 057 7282 and we will tell you honestly whether it can still be arranged.
Cancelled 48 hours or more before the service time, a full refund; 24 to 48 hours before, 75%; 12 to 24 hours before, 50%; less than 12 hours before, no refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
