Porto Seguro Airport (BPS) is the arrival point for the beach towns of Bahia's discovery coast — Porto Seguro itself, Arraial d'Ajuda and Trancoso — with domestic flights from São Paulo, Rio, Belo Horizonte and Brasília and seasonal international charters. The single terminal is small and works in Portuguese, and in the summer and New Year season it is very busy. Our Porto Seguro meet & assist gives you a greeter who speaks English and Portuguese from the arrival gate — help with hand luggage, help at the baggage belt and a handover to your resort's driver at the kerb — and from the kerb through check-in and security to your gate on departure. Good to know at BPS
A greeter who speaks English and Portuguese meets you at the arrival gate, helps with your hand luggage, guides you through immigration, customs and quarantine with language support, helps at the baggage belt and hands you over to your driver at the kerb. On departure you are met at the kerb, helped with your bags and check-in, guided through security and passport control and escorted to the lounge or your gate.
We're honest about this: no. At BPS your greeter uses the fastest lanes available on the day, but official fast-track access is not guaranteed at Brazilian airports other than Rio Galeão (GIG), and every passenger still clears security, immigration and customs in person. What the service saves is the queue you would otherwise stand in alone, in Portuguese.

Cancelled 48 hours or more before the service time, a full refund; 24 to 48 hours before, 75%; 12 to 24 hours before, 50%; less than 12 hours before, no refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
