This is a meet & assist / expedite service: your greeter uses the fastest lanes available on the day, but official fast-track access is not guaranteed at Brazilian airports other than Rio Galeão, and every passenger still clears security, immigration and customs in person.
Book at least 48 hours before your service time. Inside 48 hours the service cannot be booked online.
Cancellation: Cancelled 48 hours or more before the service time: a full refund. Cancelled 24 to 48 hours before: 75% of the amount paid is refunded. Cancelled 12 to 24 hours before: 50% of the amount paid is refunded. Cancelled less than 12 hours before: no refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Changes to the time, date or flight must reach us at least 24 hours before the service. They are subject to availability, and the price may change.
If our team cannot reach you at the agreed time and place, it is a no-show and is charged in full: on arrival, no contact within 90 minutes of your flight's actual landing time; on departure, no contact 60 minutes after the meeting time.
