Our airport concierge meets you on arrival with a name placard at the airport's designated meeting point, helps you through immigration in English, French, or Hindi, handles your baggage (up to 4 large bags is normal for first-semester students), and escorts you to your pre-booked transfer to your university city. At Paris CDG, Elite Privé is the plan with a host; Basic Porter is help with your bags.
The booking confirmation and voucher go to the email given at booking, so a parent who books receives them. On the day, you can reach our helpline on WhatsApp or phone. We do not send automatic updates when you land.
A connection at Paris CDG is not sold online. Write to us on WhatsApp with both flights and we will tell you what we can arrange before you pay anything.
At Paris CDG two plans are sold, per traveller, VAT included: Basic Porter at €210 and Elite Privé at €480. In India, porter starts from ₹1,120 per person, GST included. There is no separate student price.
For bookings at Indian airports, yes — you pay in rupees through Razorpay (UPI, net banking or card) and receive a GST tax invoice. A Paris booking is charged in euros, VAT included, and its invoice shows the VAT.
If the airline delays or reschedules your flight, we move your booking to the new time free of charge. One rescheduling of your own per booking is also free when asked at least 24 hours before the service (see terms).
