What Airport Meet & Greet Actually Costs in India (2026) — Real Prices, No Quote Forms
If you have searched for airport assistance in India, you have probably hit the same wall over and over: a "Request a Quote" button where the price should be. You fill in a form, wait for an email, and only then find out what it costs — usually more than you expected.
We do it the other way round. Every price is published, on the pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. This guide walks through what airport meet & greet actually costs in India in 2026, so you can decide before you fill in anything.
The short answer
At Indian airports, per person, all-in (GST included):
| Service level | From (domestic) | From (international) |
|---|---|---|
| Basic (baggage help, kerb to check-in) | ₹1,180 | ₹1,180 |
| Premium (full meet & greet + porter + buggy + queue support) | ₹4,130 | ₹5,900 |
| Elite (Premium + 2-hour lounge + priority) | ₹5,900 | ₹8,260 |
These are Delhi/Bangalore/Hyderabad starting figures. Mumbai runs a little higher; smaller airports a little lower. The full rate card shows every airport and journey combination.
If you are paying from abroad, ₹5,000 is roughly $60 USD / £48 / €55 / AED 220. You are charged in INR and your bank converts at the daily rate — the same way any overseas card purchase works.
What each tier actually gets you
Basic is baggage-only. A porter meets you and moves your bags from the kerb to the check-in counter (departure) or from the belt to the car park (arrival). It is the right choice if you are fit, travelling light on formalities, and just want the heavy lifting handled.
Premium is the one most travellers want, and it is where the "meet & greet" experience really begins. A dedicated greeter is waiting with a name board, takes your bags, walks you through check-in, security and (on international flights) immigration queue support, arranges a buggy/golf-car where the terminal allows it, and escorts you all the way to the lounge or boarding gate. On arrival it runs in reverse — met at the aerobridge, walked to your car.
Elite adds two hours of lounge access and priority handling on top of Premium. It is worth it when you have a long pre-flight wait, an early international departure, or simply want somewhere quiet to rest.

The charges people don't expect (we show all of them)
- GST (18%) is already included in every price on our rate card. There is no "plus tax" surprise at the end.
- Express surcharge: booking within 24 hours of your flight adds ₹1,000 (domestic) or ₹1,500 (international) to cover urgent dispatch. Book a day ahead and you avoid it entirely.
- Per person, not per booking: a family of four is priced ×4. We offer volume discounts for families and corporates booking multiple trips.
- Add-ons like a private airport transfer are optional and priced separately — shown as a checkbox at checkout, never bundled in silently.
That is the entire list. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Is airport meet & greet worth it?
Honestly, not always. If you fly domestic routes you know well, travel light, and enjoy the airport, you may not need it.
It earns its cost when:
- You are arriving in India for the first time and want the first hour handled — see what actually happens at the airport on arrival.
- You are booking for elderly parents travelling alone, where the value is peace of mind, not time saved.
- You have a tight international-to-domestic connection at Delhi or Mumbai.
- You are hosting a client or delegation and a smooth, greeted arrival sets the tone.
For a first-time arrival at Delhi at 2 AM, spending the equivalent of a nice dinner to be met at the gate and walked to a verified car is, for most people, an easy yes.
Why we publish prices when others don't
Hidden pricing usually means one of two things: the price changes depending on how much they think they can charge you, or the company is a reseller that does not know its own cost until it checks. Neither is a good position for you as the buyer.
Every one of our bookings is also covered by a written Show-Up Guarantee: if your greeter is not at the agreed meeting point, you get 100% of your money back. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service, refunded in 5–7 working days.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay with a foreign card? Yes — Visa, Mastercard and Amex issued anywhere are accepted. You are charged in INR; your bank converts to your home currency at its daily rate.
Are children charged full price? Child policy varies by airport — it is confirmed before you book. Many airports treat under-5s as complimentary.
Is the price the same at every terminal? Yes, pricing is uniform across terminals at a given airport. Only the meeting point changes by terminal, and that is shared on confirmation.
How far ahead should I book to avoid the express surcharge? More than 24 hours before your flight. You can still book same-day — the surcharge just covers the urgent dispatch.
