On departure the team meets them at the kerb, a porter takes the bags, and they are escorted through check-in and security up to the lounge or boarding gate. On arrival the greeter meets them with a name placard at the airport's designated meeting point, helps with the bags and walks with them to the exit gate or car park. A wheelchair is not part of these plans — if your parent needs one, WhatsApp us before you book.
On international departures, the Premium and Elite plans include immigration channel queue support. On international arrivals, the Premium plan includes immigration channel queue support. Immigration is carried out by the Bureau of Immigration and our team does not interfere with it, so we do not promise how long it takes. Domestic flights have no immigration step.
