Yes. Book in your parent's name and keep your own phone number for the confirmation messages. On departure the team meets them at the kerb, a porter takes the bags, and they are escorted through check-in and security up to the lounge or boarding gate. On domestic arrivals here, Premium includes: met at Belt 05, the vendor-designated baggage belt, with a name placard; complimentary Porter; hand or check-in baggage reclamation; escort till exit gate / car park. On international arrivals here, Premium includes: met at Belt 05 after you have cleared immigration — name placard meet & greet; complimentary Porter; hand or check-in baggage reclamation; escort till exit gate / car park. A wheelchair is not part of these plans — if your parent needs one, WhatsApp us before you book.
On international departures, the Premium plan includes immigration channel queue support. On international arrivals, the service here starts after immigration, so the plans include no immigration assistance. Immigration is carried out by the Bureau of Immigration and our team does not interfere with it, so we do not promise how long it takes. Domestic flights have no immigration step.
As early as you can. The booking form checks the minimum notice for your flight time and tells you if it is too close. Booking within 24 hours of the flight adds an express charge of ₹1,000 (domestic) or ₹1,500 (international) plus GST. For a flight very soon, WhatsApp us on +91 95999 93821.
Cancel 24 hours or more before your service for a 100% refund of everything you paid, including taxes, to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Less than 24 hours before your service there is no refund, because the airport team has already been dispatched for your flight. If the airline delays, reschedules or cancels your flight, we move your booking to your new flight free of charge — even inside the 24-hour window — and if we can’t serve you at the new time, you get a 100% refund.
