Yes. Book in your parent's name and keep your own phone number for the confirmation messages. On domestic departures the team meets them at the kerb, a porter takes the bags, and they are escorted through check-in and security up to the lounge or boarding gate. On domestic arrivals here, Premium includes: dedicated assistance from arrival gate — name placard meet & greet; complimentary Porter; hand or check-in baggage reclamation; escort till exit gate / car park. A wheelchair is not part of these plans — if your parent needs one, WhatsApp us before you book.

Cancel 24 hours or more before your service for a 100% refund of everything you paid, including taxes, to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Less than 24 hours before your service there is no refund, because the airport team has already been dispatched for your flight. If the airline delays, reschedules or cancels your flight, we move your booking to your new flight free of charge — even inside the 24-hour window — and if we can’t serve you at the new time, you get a 100% refund.
