Your greeter meets you at the agreed meeting point — or you get 100% of your money back.
If your booking was confirmed, your flight details were correct, and our greeter wasn’t there for you, tell us within 48 hours (WhatsApp or email, with your booking reference) and we refund every rupee you paid for that service.
On domestic departures, Premium includes: dedicated assistance from curbside meet & greet; complimentary Porter; hand or check-in baggage assistance; airline check-in process; security checks queue support; escort till lounge / boarding gate / aircraft gate. On international departures, Premium includes: received at the car drop-off zone by your executive, with porter; entry into the terminal building; airline check-in support; immigration and security screening are completed by the passenger in person — our staff cannot accompany you through these channels at Goa; met again after security and escorted to the aerobridge / airline boarding gate. On domestic arrivals, Premium includes: welcome by our Goa airport officer — met inside the terminal where the aerobridge ends, with a name placard, before the baggage belts; escorted from the arrival gate to baggage claim; dedicated baggage assistant — retrieval of up to 2 suitcases + 1 handbag per guest; each additional porter you add carries the same allowance again; assistance till the car park or your receiving party. Elite adds on domestic departures: complimentary Lounge access for 2 hours; fast-track airline check-in process. Elite adds on international departures: met again after security and escorted to the lounge — complimentary access for 2 hours; escorted from the lounge to the aerobridge / airline boarding gate.

Yes. Book in your parent's name and keep your own phone number for the confirmation messages. On domestic departures the team meets them at the kerb, a porter takes the bags, and they are escorted through check-in and security up to the lounge or boarding gate. On international departures here, Premium includes: received at the car drop-off zone by your executive, with porter; entry into the terminal building; airline check-in support; immigration and security screening are completed by the passenger in person — our staff cannot accompany you through these channels at Goa; met again after security and escorted to the aerobridge / airline boarding gate. On international departures, immigration and security screening are completed by the passenger in person — our staff cannot accompany you through these channels at Goa. Meet and assist is not sold for international arrivals here. Immigration is carried out by the Bureau of Immigration and our team does not interfere with it, so we do not promise how long it takes. Domestic flights have no immigration step.
As early as you can. The booking form checks the minimum notice for your flight time and tells you if it is too close. Booking within 24 hours of the flight adds an express charge of ₹1,000 (domestic) or ₹1,500 (international) plus GST. For a flight very soon, WhatsApp us on +91 95999 93821.
Cancel 24 hours or more before your service for a 100% refund of everything you paid, including taxes, to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Less than 24 hours before your service there is no refund, because the airport team has already been dispatched for your flight. If the airline delays, reschedules or cancels your flight, we move your booking to your new flight free of charge — even inside the 24-hour window — and if we can’t serve you at the new time, you get a 100% refund.
