Yes. Book in your parent's name and keep your own phone number for the confirmation messages. On departure the team meets them at the kerb, a porter takes the bags, and they are escorted through check-in and security up to the lounge or boarding gate. On arrival the greeter meets them with a name placard at the airport's designated meeting point, helps with the bags and walks with them to the exit gate or car park. A wheelchair is not part of these plans — if your parent needs one, WhatsApp us before you book.
On international flights at Navi Mumbai Airport, the Premium and Elite plans include immigration channel queue support. Immigration is carried out by the Bureau of Immigration and our team does not interfere with it, so we do not promise how long it takes. Domestic flights have no immigration step.

Cancel 24 hours or more before your service for a 100% refund of everything you paid, including taxes, to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Less than 24 hours before your service there is no refund, because the airport team has already been dispatched for your flight. If the airline delays, reschedules or cancels your flight, we move your booking to your new flight free of charge — even inside the 24-hour window — and if we can’t serve you at the new time, you get a 100% refund.
