For patients, attendants and families arriving for treatment
Arriving in India for treatment? A host meets the patient and the attendant at the airport and assists them through it, with a porter for the bags. The wheelchair itself comes from the airline. We are an airport assistance service: we give no medical care.
Price from ₹2,596 per person, GST included
Who it helps
The wheelchair itself comes from the airline: ask for it on the air ticket. Our host and porter stay alongside it through immigration, baggage and customs on arrival, or from check-in to the gate on departure.
Both are met together. Add the attendant as a traveller on the same booking; the price is per person.
A host meets them at the airport, walks with them through the formalities and sees them to the family or the driver waiting outside.
On departure a host meets the patient at the terminal and assists with check-in and the way to the gate. What each plan includes at your airport is listed on that airport's page.
What the service covers
Long immigration queue? Heavy bags? Family waiting outside?
Running late? Long check-in line? Children in tow?
Tight connection? Terminal change? Gate moved?
Meeting points and priority lanes follow each airport's own rules. Your host meets you at the meeting point that airport allows. What each plan includes at your airport is listed on that airport’s page, and it is the list you accept when you book.

“Kanika was really good with my mother, and it was a great experience, from booking till communications, etc. The team was on top of everything. I see that systems which are put in place are really good and it reflects in the care that was provided.”
“Staff was good and courteous but they cudnt do much in certain areas like getting airline wheelchair faster. Also it’s a bit costly seeing the kind of service provided. I only booked it because I needed wheelchair from car drop which was fulfilled. So for that it was good for me.”
