What payment methods work from the UK or US?+

What if my parents need a wheelchair?+
Every booking includes wheelchair-assist on request at no extra charge. Our greeter physically escorts your parents from the aircraft door (arrivals) or check-in counter (departures) all the way through immigration, baggage and customs. Request in the booking notes.
What if my parents' flight is delayed?+
Our team tracks your parents' flight in real time and automatically adjusts if there is a delay of up to 4 hours. For longer delays, we notify you and rebook the greeter at no extra cost.
