Prices are set in Indian rupees, GST included, per traveller, and vary by airport and flight. Across our 20 live Indian airports, Basic (porter) starts from ₹1,120 (approx. £11 / $13), Premium (full meet & assist) from ₹2,596 (approx. £25 / $31) and Elite (adds 2 hours of lounge access on departure) from ₹5,074 (approx. £48 / $61). Pound and dollar figures are approximate. The exact INR price for your airport is shown in the booking form before you pay, and your card is charged in INR.
What payment methods work from the UK or US?+
All major international credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express — issued in the UK, US, Australia or Singapore. Razorpay processes the payment in Indian rupees (INR); your bank converts it to your home currency at its daily exchange rate.
What if my parents need a wheelchair?+
The wheelchair itself is provided by the airline — request it when you book the air ticket, or ask the airline to add it, and we can liaise with the airline on the day. Our greeter and porter escort your parents alongside it: through immigration, baggage and customs on arrival, or from check-in to the gate on departure.
What if my parents' flight is delayed?+
If the airline delays, reschedules or cancels the flight, we move your booking to the new flight free of charge — even inside the 24-hour window. Send the booking reference and the new flight details on WhatsApp or email as soon as you know them. If we cannot serve the new time, you get a 100% refund.
